We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing intervention for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, supporting clients across the lifespan in improving functional communication and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapy for communication disorders (e.g., speech, language, fluency, voice) and/or dysphagia
- Monitor, document, and report client progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., OTs, PTs, physicians, educators)
- Provide caregiver and family education and training
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (PRC)
- With or without experience (new board passers are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
