Job Overview

The Operations & Admin Associate provides critical support to the daily public service activities of Tulong Tulfo on a contract basis. This role is designed for a proactive, self-motivated, and highly trustworthy individual who can handle high-volume communications, manage database records, and execute daily administrative tasks.

Working directly under the Department Coordinator, you will help bridge the gap between the organization and the public, ensuring that all requests for assistance are processed efficiently and with the utmost care.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities
  • Email Management: Monitor the official inbox, sort incoming requests for help, and respond to general inquiries using approved templates.
  • Communication Support: Receive and screen incoming calls, take detailed messages, and redirect callers to the appropriate channels.
  • Data Entry: Accurately encode information from manual forms or phone calls into the tracking system.
  • Documentation: Organize and archive digital files, emails, and beneficiary records to maintain an orderly database.
  • Operational Assistance: Assist the coordinator in managing daily logistics, scheduling, and preparing materials for community outreach programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Residency: Strictly Cebu-based applicants only. Must be a current resident of Cebu.
  • Education: College graduate or possesses an equivalent combination of education and administrative experience. A degree in Arts, Communication, Public Administration, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Filipino is essential for effective communication with beneficiaries.
  • Experience: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in office administration or customer support is a plus.
  • Tax Compliance: As an independent contractor, the successful candidate must be responsible for their own tax registrations, filings, and local business compliances if applicable.

  • Data Integrity: Keen attention to detail when encoding and organizing sensitive public service records.

  • Autonomy: Ability to deliver high-quality administrative outputs efficiently with minimal supervision.
