Proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing processes, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Supervisory or fast food operation in a supervisor or managerial capacity or role.

Have knowledge of sales techniques, store expansion and business planning, customer relationship management system and Market Analysis.

Experience in Sales Development and executing sales, strategies and campaigns.

Ability to coach, mentor and motivates sales teams to achieve performance goals.

Customer focused mindset.
