Accounting & Leasing Operations Coordinator (Remote)

We’re looking for a detail-driven professional to support leasing and accounting operations across documentation, billing, reporting, and partner coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of leasing and financial transactions from start to finish. Your work will directly support both internal teams and external partners.- Prepare and manage transaction documents for technology financing and leasing activities
- Coordinate billing and funding requirements with leasing partners and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time
- Review funded accounts and ensure all records and workflows are properly updated
- Maintain accurate tracking of leased or returned equipment, including valuation records
- Support updates, amendments, and adjustments to existing lease agreements
- Assist sales, finance, and operations teams with documentation and transaction support
- Handle end-of-lease processes including quotes, internal billing, and wire processing
- Monitor transaction reports to ensure timely completion and compliance with internal timelines
- Review pricing details, margins, and supporting documents for accuracy
- Help prepare commission-related computations and statements
- Provide cross-functional support to other team members and coverage when needed
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure documentation standards are followed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, contracts administration, leasing, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling financial data
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under deadlines
- Clear communication skills and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently with good judgment and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
