What You'll Do
As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business users and technology teams. You'll help transform ideas into solutions by:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Participating in stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Creating user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting project implementation and backlog management
- Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation
- Collaborating with business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes
Who We're Looking For

You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
