About the role
Wei Yuan Construction Management Inc is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. Based in Legazpi City, Albay, this is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning and budgeting through to completion and handover. This strategic role is essential to maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget, and you will be instrumental in driving our continued success in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities- Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource plans in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders and correspondence
- Oversee quality assurance and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts and updates to senior management and clients
- Manage project teams and supervise on-site personnel to ensure effective execution of work
- Control project costs through procurement, resource allocation and financial tracking
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in the Philippines
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of significant value and complex scopes of work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making judgement under pressure
