Job Title: Customer Support Representative

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Omnichannel Support: Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide effective solutions and enhance our brand image.
  • Product Guidance: Handle inquiries related to product recommendations, feature explanations, and functional guidance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues reported by customers promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Education & Experience: College Graduates (any major) OR College Undergraduates with prior Call Center experience.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced typing, written, and oral English communication skills.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM required.
  • Schedule Readiness: Must be available to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City on a fixed night shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
  • Attitude: Strong customer service and teamwork orientation, with the ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Pay php18,000 to php26,000

During Training:

Basic Pay + ₱3,000 Transportation Allowance + Free Lunch + 10% Night Differential

After Training (Probationary Period of 6 months):

Basic Pay + ₱3,000 Transportation Allowance + ₱2,000 Perfect Attendance Incentive + Free Lunch + HMO Coverage + 10% Night Differential

Post-Regularization:

Basic Pay + ₱3,000 Transportation Allowance + ₱2,000 Perfect Attendance Incentive + Up-to ₱3,000 Performance Bonus + Free Lunch + HMO Coverage + 10% Night Differential

Additional Support: Applicants who attend the onsite interview will receive an extra ₱200 transportation allowance.
