Job Summary

Join us as an RPOCSR / TSR handling a premier US International Home Appliances Account. This role supports a premium brand renowned for its high-efficiency water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems. As a Blended Support Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer care and basic technical troubleshooting across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Core Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Support: Seamlessly handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat (blended environment).
  • Inquiry & Troubleshooting Management: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances, and address warranty claims.
  • Order & Service Coordination: Monitor and update customers on order statuses and coordinate service appointments with field technicians.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and technical issues in the system.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Senior High School graduate or higher.
  • Experience:
  • At least six (6) months of experience as a Customer Service (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) in a BPO setting.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience handling a blended support account (simultaneous voice and non-voice channels).
  • Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Work Setup: Must be fully amenable to working a graveyard shift on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: ₱23,000 / month
  • Sign-On Bonus: ₱12,000 (Distributed as ₱1,000 per cutoff for the first 6 months)
  • Rice Allowance: ₱1,500 / month (Provided upon regularization)
  • HMO Coverage: Granted after 6 months of employment (Note: No option to add dependents)
