Healthcare Process Trainer & Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Healthcare Process Trainer & Documentation Specialist to join our progressive team at Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC'. In this full-time, Cebu City Cebu-based role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes to upskill our healthcare support staff, as well as creating detailed process documentation to support our operations.

We are seeking a talented Healthcare Process Trainer & Documentation Specialist to join our progressive team at Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC'. In this full-time, Cebu City Cebu-based role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes to upskill our healthcare support staff, as well as creating detailed process documentation to support our operations.

Candidates must possess valid Philippine work authorisation at the time of application.

What you'll be doing

1. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilising a range of teaching methods to ensure knowledge retention
2. Create comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures, user guides and training materials
3. Continuously review and update training content and documentation to reflect changes in processes and best practices
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhance training effectiveness
5. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to team members to further develop their skills
6. Track and report on training metrics to demonstrate the impact of your initiatives

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably within the healthcare or business process outsourcing industries
2. Demonstrated experience working in any healthcare setting is essential for this role
3. Strong background in developing and delivering effective training programmes, including the ability to create engaging content and utilise diverse training methods
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand materials
5. Demonstrated experience in creating comprehensive process documentation and user guides
6. Proficiency in using training and documentation software, such as LMS platforms, video editing tools, and content management systems
7. Proficiency in LMS platforms plus at least one additional training or documentation software tool is required
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret training metrics to drive continuous improvement
9. Hands-on experience in healthcare operations or process improvement would be highly advantageous
10. Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred but not required
