JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Employee Relations Assistant to support the Human Resources Department in handling employee relations matters. The successful candidate will assist in managing employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in handling employee complaints, concerns, and grievances in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare and document employee relations cases, including Notices to Explain (NTEs), written warnings, and Notices of Decision
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and case files
  • Assist in investigations related to employee misconduct and policy violations
  • Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding employee relations matters
  • Monitor and track disciplinary cases, sanctions, and timelines
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
  • Provide administrative support during hearings, meetings, and employee counseling sessions
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee or labor relations
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is an advantage
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
