Employee Relations Assistant Manager

We are looking for an HR Employee Relations Assistant Manager to support employee relations, labor compliance, workplace investigations, and occupational health and safety initiatives across the organization.
This role requires someone with strong experience in labor standards, disciplinary handling, workplace investigations, and employee case management within a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
Support employee relations, workplace compliance, labor standards, and disciplinary processes while promoting a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Compliance.
- With at least 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
- Certified as a DOLE Occupational Safety Officer and/or First-Aider.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Very proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in retail or multi-site operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance- Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Discipline, and labor standards.
- Handle workplace investigations, employee relations concerns, and conflict resolution activities.
- Manage disciplinary processes including NTEs, administrative conferences, sanctions, and terminations.
- Support employee lifecycle cases including probationary assessments, PIPs, employee movement, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with managers in resolving behavioral and performance-related concerns.
- Support workplace safety and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct orientations and compliance-related training programs.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR and compliance-related policies.
- Prepare and monitor employee relations and compliance reports.
- Draft employee notices, memos, and disciplinary documents.
- Maintain proper documentation of investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance records.
