Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English & Spanish) to provide administrative and sales support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves customer coordination, sales reporting, order management, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide product information and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards using AFS, COGNOS, Tableau, and VIP.
- Assist with planning, reporting, deductions, data entry, and ordering samples and coolers.
- Prepare sales presentations and meeting materials.
- Coordinate national sales meetings and travel arrangements (4–5 times per year).
- Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- 100% bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience in Sales Support, Administrative Support, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
