Core Requirements (non-negotiable)
  1. Fluent, Neutral English
  • Must sound confident and clear on the phone (no heavy accent).
  • Able to mirror tone and pace of prospects naturally.
  1. Proven Sales/Appointment Setting Background
  • 1–2 years minimum in B2B or B2C outbound calling.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting KPIs (calls/day, appointments/week).
  • Can talk about specific industries or quotas they’ve met.
  1. Dependability & Admin Discipline
  • Responds quickly to messages, keeps CRM/calendar updated in real time.
  • Shows evidence of being reliable (references, tenure at past jobs).
  1. Hunger, Persistence, Thick Skin
  • Comfortable with rejection (200 calls/day without breaking).
  • Resilient, doesn’t lose energy after a “no.”
  • Motivated by targets, not just clocking hours.
Additional
  • Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or expat markets.
  • Experience with WhatsApp, CRM systems, or Google Calendar integration.
  • History of working remotely with offshore teams.
