Appointment Setter (Inside Sales)

This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM (MNL Time) with short paid breaksTotal Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter – Inside Sales to drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales, lead follow-ups, and service agreement conversions. The ideal candidate has flawless English communication skills, a proven sales track record, and expertise in rehash sales and lead nurturing.
Responsibilities
Sales & Appointment Setting- Provide accurate and persuasive quotes via CRM for:
- Pest Control Services: Pest, termite, weed control, specialty services
- HVAC Services: Tune-ups, memberships, new equipment
- Plumbing Services: Tune-ups, memberships, new equipment
- Rehash and follow up with unsold leads to maximize conversions
- Set and confirm appointments for field technicians and service teams
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, targeting $10,000+ per week
- Build strong rapport with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Accurately document all interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain product knowledge across all service lines
- Proven sales track record with documented quota achievements
- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service (home services preferred)
- Flawless English (verbal and written) with strong persuasion skills
- Skilled in lead nurturing, rehash sales, and follow-up strategies
- Ability to multitask: phone, email, CRM management simultaneously
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
