What you'll be doing- Engage with customers via chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues, offering suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously seek to improve your knowledge and skills to enhance the quality of customer service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and key performance indicators to deliver exceptional results
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and provide empathetic support
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with various customer service software and tools
