About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chat Support Agent to join our growing team at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through digital communication channels.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving their issues
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
