???????: Taft Property Venture Development Corp. (For Cebu based projects)

• 12,000 allowance (Account Manager)
Plus Incentives (outright on reservation)
Plus Additional Incentives upon downpayment
Plus commissions and per sale incentives
Travel incentive if you hit qualifying quota
Car incentive if you hit qualifying quota
✅ A degree holder or at least 2 years in college ( PRC & DHSUD-accredited Broker or Salesperson is an advantage)

✅The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals, Ambitious, driven , coachable & highly-motivated

✅Has a wide social network of potential buyers

✅Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills

✅ Strong negotiating and sales skills

✅With or Without Real Estate experience (Real Estate Sales Experience is an advantage)

✅Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

✅ Preferably living in Cebu City, Mandaue City, or Lapu-Lapu City
