ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Accounting Manager will directly report to Chief Finance Officer and plays a critical role in guiding the company's financial strategy and supporting key business decision

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance with a CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel and other financial software.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Adaptable to changes in the business environment and able to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address financial challenges.
