Insurance Manager (Non-Life)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-life insurance accounts and client relationships.
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Coordinate claims processing and underwriting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports and supervise the insurance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products, underwriting, and claims.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
