About the role
Paratron Medical Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry.This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows to expand our network and identify new prospects
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
