The client is a non-franchised premium real estate agency. 17 offices across Australia, New Zealand and Dubai, around $3B in annual sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital and print collateral - social content, EDMs, signage, property boards, brochures, and ad templates
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Brief turnarounds on property listings, campaigns, and agent collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts
• Manage and update design templates for team use
• Resize and adapt assets across formats and platforms

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and detail
• Experience in a fast-turnaround environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Real estate or property industry experience a bonus, but not essential

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• A strong communicator who can take a brief and run with it
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about design and visual storytelling
