Job Description:
We are a global impact investment manager headquartered in Canada. We combine institutional-grade private-market expertise with deep local insight and serve as the investment manager to Australian Development Investments (ADI), the Australian Government’s AUD 250 million international impact investment fund-of-funds.
We’re looking for a talented and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our growing global team. This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone based in Southeast Asia who enjoys bringing creativity and precision together across a variety of projects and formats.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to create polished, engaging, and brand-consistent materials across digital and print channels. Projects may include annual/quarterly impact reports, impact brochures, social media graphics, investor presentations, event materials, marketing collateral, and website assets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and has a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality marketing and communications materials across digital and print formats
- Support the production of annual/quarterly reports, financial reports, presentations, and investor materials
- Create social media graphics, event assets, infographics, and branded collateral
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team across time zones
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately
- Bring creative ideas and fresh design thinking to projects
Qualifications and requirements:
- Intermediate-level graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Sample portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work
- Experience designing annual reports, financial documents, or corporate publications
- Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating virtually
- Ability to overlap at least 3 working hours per day with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Flexibility to support approximately two intensive production weeks per quarter, including during the December holiday period, aligned with major reporting deadline
