General Requirements (All Roles)

Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to work on fast-paced, high-volume production
Good understanding of video storytelling, timing, and visual flow
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Key Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of design experience
Strong skills in: Motion graphics (After Effects)
Typography and layout design
Visual composition and transitions
Color correction and audio cleanup
Can handle multiple projects per month
Works efficiently with quick turnaround times
Team player with good communication skills
Open to feedback and revisions

Ability to create:

Motion graphic videos
Visual elements for hybrid videos
Experience with template-based and informational videos is a plus

Work Scope (What You’ll Be Producing)

Candidates should be comfortable working on:

Footage-Based Videos

Editing real footage (events, interviews, weddings, promos)

Tasks: cutting, pacing, subtitles, color correction, audio cleanup

Graphics / Motion Videos

Motion graphics and design-heavy content

Tasks: typography, animation, transitions, layout

Hybrid Videos (Footage + Graphics)

Combining editing and motion graphics

Tasks: structuring content, adding visuals, reinforcing messaging
