Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation or application of tiles, sanitary ware, and finishing materials.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for proper product application.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, installers, and internal teams regarding site concerns.
- Ensure work execution complies with project standards, quality requirements, and installation guidelines.
- Assist in resolving technical and on-site issues.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Support project coordination for material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Conduct measurements, site validations, and basic quantity checks when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Architect or Engineer is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, finishing works, or site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of architectural finishes and construction materials is a plus.
- Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites.
