- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- With at least 8 years of relevant work experience as Engineer-in-Charge or in a similar supervisory role, supported by a Certificate of Employment (COE)
- Licensed Engineer (PRC)
- Able to monitor and control project schedule, manpower deployment, and material specifications
- Capable of detailing and reviewing structural and architectural plans
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, standards, and project implementation
- Able to coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct site personnel and enforce project requirements
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Able to accomplish duties of monitoring quality control of concreting, rebar installation and other structural works e.g. implementation of rebar cutting list and monitoring of concrete pouring to completion.
- Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila.
