Our mission is simple: help the everyday Filipino eat better. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can’t help but eat (like a habit!).

We’re one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served nearly 1 million meals through digital-only brands - and we’re only getting started. We’re on the hunt for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.

• A degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in F&B/Retail design and construction management.
• Proficient in architectural design (AutoCAD/SketchUp) AND heavy familiarity with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) systems.
• Must have overseen the full lifecycle (site acquisition to handover) of at least one retail or F&B in-line store.
• Experienced in sourcing, vetting, and supervising various trade contractors and vendors.
• Deep understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, workflows, and sanitation codes.
• Able to manage multiple site builds simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
• Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.

• Create and review architectural drawings, kitchen layouts, and BOQs that optimize for both speed of service and guest experience.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies on potential locations (zoning, power load, structural integrity).
• Lead the construction and fit-out phase, ensuring MEPF works are installed to code and design intent.
• Negotiate with suppliers for kitchen equipment and manage relationships with leasing teams and contractors.
• Handle all necessary government permits and regulatory compliance (BFP, Health, etc.).
• Track CAPEX, manage project progress, and ensure a seamless handover to the Operations team.

The role will require significant travel to sites within Metro Manila. The office is based in Salcedo Village, Makati City, or Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
