Supply Chain Management - Procurement & Logistics

• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and coordination.
• Process purchase orders and monitor procurement activities.
• Track and maintain inventory levels to support operational needs.
• Oversee delivery schedules and ensure on-time fulfillment of requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and logistics records.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues and delays.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Support project costing, budget monitoring, and procurement planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Experience in importation and exportation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or tasks.
• Experience in construction, engineering, solar, electrical, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
