Job Summary:
The DRTS Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the labor posting and timekeeping systems. This role involves weekly labor posting, reconciliation, user management, troubleshooting, and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly labor posting using the JBA system.
- Set up new users and manage updates or modifications to existing accounts.
- Troubleshoot system and user-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist engineers and other users with timecard concerns and adjustments.
- Serve as system administrator for labor posting and timekeeping platforms.
- Conduct reconciliation of labor posting and related system data.
- Obtain and maintain yearly job title rates for accurate labor tracking.
- Ensure the system is properly maintained and updated.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- Keen to details
- Process oriented
- Highly trainable
- Problem solving skills
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge in Finance or Accounting process is a plus
- Technology enthusiast is a plus
- Self driven and able to work with less to zero supervision
