ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS (DAY & NIGHT SHIFT)

We are hiring Accounting Assistants to support our growing international clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record daily financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
• Handle invoices, bills, and payables using Xero system
• Support reporting and general accounting tasks
• Assist in preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statements) and monthly reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Requirements (STRICT):

• MUST have Xero accounting system experience
• Familiar with BAS (Business Activity Statements)
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Experience in any accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Excel
• Willing to work night shift onsite
• Excellent English communication
