Mactan Pools is a growing company, specializing in swimming pool construction, maintenance and supply of equipment

Established in early 2016 we have seen continues growth and now looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our expanding team.

Our business has grown from small pool provider to major supplier / provider, with such as Sheraton Beach Club, Shangri-la Resort, Pacific Cebu Resort, and Sterling Resort among many. We now have a thriving consignment, Business, Supplying many of the top hardware stores with swimming pool equipments.

The company is open 6 days a week and closed on sundays (8:00am - 5:00pm Mondays – Saturday )

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to closely monitor sales and inventory from both company-owned branches and consignment or third-party vendors. This role ensures accurate recording and reconciliation of sales reports, inventory levels, and transactions across multiple locations and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate sales and inventory records for all branches and consignment/third-party vendors
Verify and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track movement of consigned items and ensure proper documentation of sales and returns
Coordinate with branches and vendors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Assist in preparing inventory and sales reports for management
Support accounting tasks such as recording journal entries, preparing vouchers, and assisting in audits
Perform administrative duties such as organizing financial documents and supporting branch communications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience or familiarity with inventory and sales tracking is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Good coordination and communication skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
