About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management professional to join our dynamic team at CRS Manpower Incorporated' in Mandaue City Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial insights to support our continued growth.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Identify and implement strategies to optimise financial performance
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term financial strategy

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar Financial Management role, preferably within the Accounting industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets and accounting systems
• Thorough understanding of Financial Accounting & Reporting principles and best practices
