ACCOUNTING STAFF

Work Location: Labogon Mandaue, Cebu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our growing team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Handle BIR compliance and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
Support audit and inventory processes
Use accounting software for daily transaction entries

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance
With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Knowledge of BIR processes and taxation is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time management skills
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn
