We are seeking a full-time Sales Clerk to join our vibrant retail team at our Ace Hardware store in Cebu City, Cebu in SM City Cebu. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their hardware and home improvement needs.
Roles & Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in locating and selecting the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock and replenish stocks as needed
- Perform other retail-related duties as assigned
- SHS graduate, college level, college graduate or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work well in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
- Willing to be trained
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
