SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Job Description :

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related field
2. 2-3 years experience in healthcare/diagnostic field services & marketing techniques
3. Has the ability to work independently & in team
4. Excellent in oral & written communication skills
5. Has the ability in developing and implementing marketing strategies
6. Including digital advertising (social media)
7. To do field work in marketing and make sales calls.

• Manage and update the social media page
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients
• Prepare weekly Sales reporting
• Maintain a database of leads and client records
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Comfortable with client interaction (online and face-to-face)
• Background in sales, customer service, or marketing.

Qualifications:

• Background in business preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with making calls and reaching out to new clients
• Creative mindset and able to do marketing content and events
• Maturity in handling responsibilities
• Salary range will be discussed during the interview.

• Previous experience in the healthcare/diagnostic-laboratory industry is an advantage.
• Commission based on Sales Quota.
