Warehouse Leadman - Davao (Roofing Industry)

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Warehouse Leadman to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, supervision, and control of product distribution activities at our plant/vessel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product distribution process, from ordering and receiving to storing, inventorying, verifying, recording, and shipping finished and semi-finished products.

JOB SCOPE:

• Lead the inventory control process, ensuring that all products are properly stored, tracked, and accounted for.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee the receipt and verification of products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of heavy equipment, including dino loaders and forklifts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions

• Maintenance and repair of dino loaders and forklifts.
• Ability to work 24/7, including Sundays for weekly maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With more than 1 year of experience being a warehouse leadman
• Inventory management, Computer, Troubleshooting, leadership
