WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Work base: Davao

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations of Warehouse Finished Goods pertaining to receipt, handling, storage, and dispatching of Finished Goods products; as well as creation and implementation of procedures and performance measurements, productivity, and reporting;
• Overseeing and ensuring that warehousing and distribution operations are conducted with complete accuracy and in the most cost-effective manner;
• Supervising the Logistics Operations in the assigned area, ensuring complete accuracy and in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner; and
• Taking the lead to provide excellent distribution and customer service to all customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has at least a Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related courses;
• Has at least 1-2 years’ experience in Warehouse Management & Inventory Control;
• With experience in handling people/has leadership skills;
• Good written and verbal communication skills; &
• Willing to travel/do fieldwork within Davao (70% Office-30% Fieldwork).
