The Key Account Specialist is responsible for nurturing and growing existing client relationships. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maximizing account value through trust-based relationship building.
Work Sched: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) | Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Work Arrangement: Onsite + Field WorkLocation: Parañaque City
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the assigned segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely support and communication.
- Analyze client buying patterns and develop customized growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, support) to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales growth and renewal targets
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in key account management or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales insights.
- Tech-savvy or comfortable using digital tools and platforms
