Are you a driven sales leader ready to pioneer growth in Southeast Asia? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion efforts, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional results in the corporate travel services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business wins across Southeast Asia, with a revenue target of PHP 50M in Year 1.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and proposal development.
  • Foster strong client relationships built on trust and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven track record in B2B service sales within Southeast Asia.
  • Strong background working with targets, KPIs, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient, persistent, and high-energy professional with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
Preferred Background
  • Experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of the travel industry, OR
  • A seasoned corporate travel manager eager to transition into sales/business development.
  • Must bring existing client contacts to accelerate market entry in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
  • Senior-level experience with leadership potential to build and grow a team.
