Ka-Eastern Brand Communications Specialist is responsible for overseeing individual projects and assisting in shared operations of the brand communications team. Its role is to continually enhance Eastern Communications' brand image online and offline, increasing brand awareness, and providing pre-sales and after-sales support through digital advertisements, digital media, partnerships, and relationship marketing.
He/She assists in all digital advertising activities and marketing content initiatives, manages multiple agencies, internal and external communications, across multiple platforms and formats, to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate must be:
- A graduate of Marketing, Advertising, or Communications course
- Experienced in handling Content Marketing functions with proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills; with strong B2B communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Willing to travel regularly for events and shoots
