Marketing Specialist
GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
The Sales Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing functions of the company. This role involves proactive outreach through cold calling, administrative support for sales and marketing activities, and active participation in the planning and execution of client-facing events.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (covering Knowledge and Skills, Problem Solving and Accountability)
Sales Support and Lead Generation
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s cybersecurity services.
Qualify leads, schedule meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM systems.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Track and follow up on leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Marketing and Administrative Support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media coordination, and contents distribution.
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives such as database management, collateral preparation, and campaign tracking.
Help maintain and update marketing and sales materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Event Planning and Client Engagement
Support, facilitate, and assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and client engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-ups to ensure successful event delivery.
Represent the company professionally during events and client interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Provide timely feedback from client interactions to improve sales and marketing strategies.
