IT Specialist (Vendor Support -Skilrock)

The IT Specialist (Vendor Support - Skilrock) under our new business Sari Lotto is responsible for acknowledging, Supporting and resolving Retail Management System (RMS) technical related concerns. Role involves providing technical resolution regarding online web applications integration and functionalities.

1. Create and prepare technical trainings materials and references primarily based on retail Management Systems software functionality.
2. Facilitate presentations and training for CSSG related to technical aspects of retail management system and relevant POS functionalities.
3. Enable access by providing applicable permission level based on user type and Role.
4. Provide high level assessment, analysis and resolution to technical Retail Management Systems.
5. Coordinate Retail Management System technical resolution to technical Retail Management System Technical problems to higher level Support (Skilrock).
6. Create and provide Retail Management System, POS and other related documentation.
7. Prepare regular reports and presentations as per management requirements.
8. Provide quick recommendations and solutions to resolve minor requests related to retail management System user interface, features and functionalities.
9. Analyze and resolve tickets received related to Retail Management Systems and other relevant POS Concerns.
10. Familiar with the overall functionality of Retail Management System and relevant POS Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Retail Management System and relative role.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Reporting Tools or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in e-commerce, gaming or technology industry is an advantage.
