Job Title: IT / AI Specialist
Location: San Juan City Metro Manila

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated IT / AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting IT operations while exploring and implementing AI tools and solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and software
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users
Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
Assist in integrating AI solutions into daily operations
Ensure data security, system backups, and proper documentation
Collaborate with different departments to improve workflows using technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or related role
Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred:

Experience with automation tools, APIs, or basic programming
Knowledge of AI platforms such as Claude, or similar
