Field Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our HVAC business in the Cagayan, Philippines. The position is primarily responsible for formulating sales initiatives, maintaining strong client partnerships, and delivering targeted sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the expansion and development of the company’s HVAC business operations within the Philippine market.
  2. Formulate strategic sales plans that include objectives, action steps, support requirements, schedules, and revenue goals.
  3. Review existing customer accounts to determine retention levels and business growth opportunities, then implement suitable sales development strategies.
  4. Conduct client presentations to introduce HVAC products, systems, and value-added solutions.
  5. Participate in client technical consultations and meetings to address inquiries and project requirements.
  6. Carry out project site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with customer expectations and specifications.
  7. Create customized HVAC proposals and recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs.
  8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication and regular follow-ups.
  9. Ensure all HVAC sales operations comply with company policies, standards, and procedures.
  10. Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and sales growth.
  11. Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance to ensure company targets and objectives are consistently achieved.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field of study.
  2. At least 2-3 years of professional sales experience, preferably related to the HVAC industry.
  3. In-depth understanding of HVAC products, applications, and system solutions.
  4. Knowledge of the Philippine market and customer landscape is considered an advantage.
  5. Strong organizational, planning, and task management capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage different audiences.
  7. Proven leadership abilities, including experience in guiding, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve goals.
