About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing our existing customer relationships.This full-time position is crucial in supporting the company's sales objectives and driving overall business success.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and cold-calling potential clients to generate new leads
- Scheduling and conducting in-person sales meetings to present our products and services
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel within the local area to meet with clients
