Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Follow sequence of work schedule approved by supervisor.
• Monitor and secure the safekeeping of electrical and facility equipment supplies as required.
• Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement.
• Responsible to provide action to all job requirements of Nobia and Max’s Bakeshop.
• Assign to monitor all equipment in the production and plant facilities.
• Performs the general maintenance of the plant.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Accomplished daily monitoring assigned to the area.
• Submit to the Maintenance Senior Technician before the end of the day/ end of the shift.
• Wearing of prescribe uniform, personal hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of assign work area, adherence to sanitary practices, proper disposal of waste material.
• Perform other duties and function as deemed necessary by the immediate superior/ Managing director from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of Electrical Technology course.

Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive, mechanical and electrical technician in the convention or trade food industry.

Training/License/ Certification: TESDA Courses

Technical Skills or Competencies:

• Knowledge in basic operation and troubleshooting of basic equipment and machines.
• Basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical aspect.

Essential Traits or Competencies:

• Good problem-solving skills, administrative credibility - formality in operating a project in a structured environment, well-versed in oral and written presentations, reports and communication. Stress tolerance. Adaptability, open to processing and implementing new ideas and approaches.
