Senior Maintenance Technician

This role ensures that all equipment operates efficiently across branches by minimizing downtime, addressing complex technical issues, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Senior Technician also provides guidance to Junior Technicians, oversees maintenance activities, and supports branch openings and equipment setup.

• Lead preventive maintenance and servicing of kitchen and facility equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving fryers, refrigerators, and air-conditioning units
• Perform major repairs on electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
• Oversee and guide Junior Technicians during fieldwork and servicing
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Recommend solutions and determine when outsourcing is necessary
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment for new branches
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance work, repairs, and service reports
• Monitor and help control equipment downtime and maintenance-related costs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Vocational diploma or college level in Electrical, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field (TESDA preferred)
• NC II Certification (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment (fryers, refrigerators, exhaust systems, AC units)
• Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and refrigeration systems
• Familiar with use of diagnostic tools and equipment
• Willing to do field/roving work and flexible schedules
• Must have a drivers license
