We’re looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Finance team. This isn’t just a support role. You’ll be the understudy to the Sr. Cost Accountant, ready to step up when opportunity knocks. If you have 2+ years of cost experience and a hunger to learn, validate, and lead, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Supervise & Validate
  • Lead and monitor the work of Cost Analysts across multiple profit centers, cost centers, and projects.
  • Validate all cost-related transactions before they hit the books—accuracy starts with you.
Close & Analyze
  • Assist in periodic account closing and ensure data completeness.
  • Analyze production data gathered by analysts to prepare accurate period-end financials.
Distribute & Report
  • Ensure proper cost distribution across various business cost centers.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss statements per profit center and per cost center.
Budget & Beyond
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation.
  • Take on special projects assigned by superiors—grow your exposure across accounting functions.
Lead & Safeguard
  • Train, discipline, and develop your subordinates (Sr. Cost Analyst & Cost Analyst).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and organize all cost-related documents.
  • Ensure proper care of company equipment in the Cost Accounting section.

What You’ll Need

Education
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related course.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in cost analysis or general accounting (cost experience preferred).
Skills & Traits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love tracing numbers to their source.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can work with operations and finance alike.
  • High attention to detail and integrity – no rounding errors on your watch.
  • Willingness to be trained and rotated – you see every task as a stepping stone.
