About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge? UniqueX Consulting Corp' is seeking a talented HR & Admin to join our fast-paced team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business and ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and termination
  2. Administer HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  3. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  4. Handle general office administration duties to support the smooth running of the business
  5. Others assigned by CEO
What we're looking for
  1. 1-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment,fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  4. Proficient in MS Office suite
  5. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  6. Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
