Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Lead compensation and benefits (ComBen) planning and execution
  • Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
  • Manage day-to-day HR admin work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive people development efforts through Organizational Development (OD) initiatives
  • Support leaders and teams through change, communication, and team-building
  • Maintain and improve use of HR tools and systems
  • Handle internal processes with clarity, structure, and empathy

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years in an HR leadership role
  • Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong working knowledge of local labor laws
  • Proven success in managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Skilled in communication, leadership, and change management
  • Experience with HR platforms and tools
  • Solid understanding of Organizational Development principles

Preferred Experience:

  • Worked in non-profit, cause-driven, or social development groups
