Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of SG8 Official social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedln).
- Create engaging and high-quality content, from graphics, videos and written posts, tailored to our industry’s audience.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support monthly targets.
- Engage with online community, respond to comments and messages.
- Tracks, monitors and analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular timely reports to management team.
- Coordination with partner agencies or providers during event days.
- Manage social media crisis with professionalism.
- Stays up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure effective strategies.
- Identify and establish relationships with key influences and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with monthly targets.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years marketing experience, preferably with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Proficient in social media managing tools (e.g. Ads Manager) and analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- Creative mindset to think outside the box and create innovative, one of a kind content.
- Experienced working with third-party social media and influencer marketing agency.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
